  • We will take the rest of the fried onions and sprinkle them over the eggplant, then put the spiced rice over the onions.
  • Put the rest of the rice over the ingredients, then pour 3 and a half cups of previously salted chicken broth after straining it until all the rice is covered.
  • Put the pot on the fire, and when it boils and the rice begins to absorb the broth, reduce the heat to the lowest degree, and leave it until cooked. Wait ten minutes before turning it over, then turn the pot over onto a large tray. Serve it hot with yogurt and French vegetable salad.

Fried eggplant can be replaced with fried cauliflower.

Chicken can also be replaced with meat.
