– Half a kilo of chopped and boiled lamb
– Half a kilo of washed and crushed okra. You can use frozen okra
– Two tablespoons of ghee
– Two tablespoons of vegetable oil
– Half a head of garlic
– Basil
– Tomato sauce (in a blender, grind two peeled tomatoes and 3 tablespoons of sauce) until it becomes tomato juice
– Two cups of meat broth
– Salt to taste
Method
Put the oil and ghee in the pot, add the okra and stir for 5 to 10 minutes
Add the tomato juice to the okra and stir them together until they start to boil, then add the previously salted meat broth after straining it and let it boil until the okra is cooked over low heat
Add the meat to the okra and let it boil with it for 5 minutes only, then turn off the heat
Peel the garlic and crush it well with the basil and a little salt, then stir them with two tablespoons of oil or vegetable ghee in a small frying pan until it turns golden and smells delicious, and add it immediately to the okra
Serve with rice and you can also eat it with bread.
